Can I return body wash?
No — For hygiene and safety reasons, body wash items are non-returnable.
Cancellation of order
Products sold are non-refundable, therefore we are regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you process with your
payment.
What if the item is faulty or damaged?
We only offer replacements for faulty or defective items reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please email us at hello@efflorescence.my with clear photos of the item and your order number. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement accordingly.

What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all body shampoo products are strictly non-returnable once opened or used.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we only ship within Malaysia.
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered to Malaysian addresses only.
